Description:
Townland. It is the property of Mr. Blake of Kilconnal. 2/3 of this townland is under tillage, the remainder heathy pasture and mixed with furze. It is bounded on the East for a short distance by the road from Galway to Tuam, and a bye road passes through its centre. The general surface varies from 121 to 191 feet above the sea at low water of a h.[Unable to read.] tide.
Situation:
It is situated near the N. Eastern end of the parish. Bounded on the north by Ballinstuckaun and Gortbeg, East by Killererin Parish and South by do, West by Ardskeabeg and Cummer Parish.
