Description:
This parish is chiefly under cultivation, containing much bog, Lough Derg on the River Shannon form part of the South boundary, the village of Teena is in the north end, and the principal residence is Pallis belonging to Lord Riverstown.
Situation:
In the Baronies of Leitrim and Longford and County Galway 6 miles N. E. of Woodford and about 4 miles N. W. of Portumna.
