This townland he has let to 13[Unable to read.] Tenants at 18s. per acre. Roman Catholics. Houses built of stone. The soil poor light and rocky. Producing potatoes, wheat, oats. Co. Cess 1s. 4 1/2 d. per acre. Near the village of Shanbally is a burying ground for children called Lisssheen. Nothing more remarkable in it.
Situation:
West of the parish. Bounded on the North and West by Killeeneen parish, on E. by Parkrooa and on S. by Crinnage.
