Description:
The major part of this townland consists of mountain partly interspersed with rocks and the remainder of it towards the - is rocky arable and pasture. It is bounded on the E. by Sruffaunbwee, and on the W. by a stream called Fiddaunteemor. Loughuggamore is also on the W. boundary. Loughhullaghalaher is nearly central N. of which there are more loughs which bear no name. There is a village towards S.E. boundary called Loughaunbeg.
Situation:
E. of the parish. Bounded on the N. by Cloghernagun, on the E .by Aylle, on the S. by Galway Bay and on the W. by Cornervand.
