This is a large townland all arable and pasture of a very good quality. It contains 1 old castle and 1 nursery. Proprietor J. Daly, Esq. of Dunsandle. Rent per acre 15s. Co. Cess 1s. 3d. per acre payable half yearly.

Situation:

Lies in the S. Eastern part of the parish, Barony of Loughrea and is bounded by Dunsandle, Barony of Loughrea, Bookeen South, Barony of Dunkellin in the parish of Lickerrig, Carhookeel, Parish of Kiltulla, Tooloobantampul and Caherhenryho in the parish of Kilconnickny.
