Description:
Nicholas Lynch, Esq., Barna, Proprietor. Contains 784½ acres about 70 acres of rough bog, including 3 acres water, the remainder tillage and rocky pasture. It is also inhaboted. Within a chain of its eastern shore stands the ruins of an old castle. There is also a burial ground called Quiggal Burial Ground to the N. of the ruins.
