Description:
A large townland all under plantation and ornamental ground. Marble Hill House is situated near the centre (the residence of Sir John Burke) and the road leading from Gort to Portumna forms the northern boundary.
Situation:
In the N.W. end of the parish of Ballynakill about 4¼ miles N. N.W. of Woodford.
