Description:
Proprietor Augustus John O’Neill, Esq,, Late Lieut. 13 Light Dragoons Bunnowen Castle, Clifden. Agent Mr. John Mullen, Ballyconneely, Ballindoon Parish. Rent £80 per year. No lease. Soil very rocky with a piece of green pasture at the beach. Co. Cess 10¼d. paid half yearly for each of 13 acres. A village Innish Keerugh, Loughbeg, ½ Innishduggarigh, Innish-maaan, Kids Island, Lake of Leehedth is called Durrugh-la. Some of this boundary also touches Silverhil, Cregoduff and Poulreevaugh, Doonloghan Bay.
Situation:
In the western extremity of the parish bounded on North and West by the Atlantic Ocean, South by townland Poulreevagh and on East by Lehidth and Keerhaun South. In the Barony of Ballinahinch and Co. of Galway.
