Description:
There is a great portion of this townland a moorish and rocky pasture, the remainder in cultivation. Booliska River is the W. boundary between this townland and Killannin Parish. Spiddle R.C. Chapel and quay is near the South extremity. Loughbegnaanna is near the N.W. boundary. Loughnakeeraunnadhu is on the N. boundary. Sruffaunnacloghagalla is part of E. boundary. There are some scattered groups of houses in this townland.
Situation:
S.W. of the parish. Bounded on the North by Shannagurraun, on E. by Spiddle Middle, on South by the sea, and on West by Shannagurraun and the parish of Killannin.
