Description:
This townland contains a. r. p. about 2/5 of which is bog, the remainder under cultivation of but middling quality. Houses and roads in bad repair. Pays £9. 6. 2. County Cess. It is the property of John Bodkin, Esq. held by deed for ever.
Situation:
Lies in the N. West of this parish in the barony of Kilconnel, is bounded by Clonbrock Demesne and Fohanagh townlands in this parish, by Garrafine Usher and Garrafine French in the parish of Ballymacward in said barony, by Ballantleva, Cloonpee and Lurgan in the parish of Killosolan and barony of Tiaquin.
