Description:
This townland contains a. r. p., about 174 of which is bog, the remainder arable, principly sheep walks. It is the property of Sir Ross Mahon held by deed for ever. Houses are in but bad repair. Roads in good repair. Pays £7. 12. 5½ County Cess.
Situation:
Lies in the South of this parish in the barony of Kilconnel, bounded by Carhooreagh, Doon Upper and Doon Lower townlands in this parish and said barony, by Cloonigny in the parish o Kilgerril, Barony of Cloonmacnoon and by Barnavilla and Trust in the parish and barony of Kilconnel.
