Situation:
It is situated nearly central in the parish about 6 British miles from Galway in direction of Tuam. It is bounded on the North by Gortadoo and Lecar[unable to read]. West by Gortcloonmore and Moantiagh. North and South by Summerfield and Lakeview and East by Kinniska and Loughgeorge.
