Propr. Maurice Blake, Esq., Ballinafad, Co. Mayo. Agent Anthony Blake, Esq., Galway. This townland is held by 12 tenants at will. Rent 16s. per acre. Soil light clay and rocks, producing wheat, oats, potatoes, etc. In this townland is the name of a hill called Poormanshill.
Situation:
N.W. of the parish. Bounded on North by Pullogh, on E. by Tooreen E. on S. By Ballycleary and on W. by Tarrea.
