Description:
The property of J. J Bodkin, Esq., M.P., Quarrymount. It contains 526¼ acres statute measure including about 55 acres of bog. There are five ancient forts in this townland. There is a Trig. Station in the E. end of this townland called Lissrow. There are two roads passing through this townland, one passing through the centre and the other through the E. end of this townland.
Situation:
In the E. interior part of the parish bounded on the N. by Carhooantrila and Gurteen, on the E. by Gurteen and Culliavoher, on the S. by Brackloon and Knockroe in the Parish of Cloonbern and Carhoonagur and on the W. by Carhooagur and Carhooautrila townlands.
