Proprietor Provost Trinity College,Dublin. Agent Alexander Nesbitt, Jnr., Esq., No. 96 Stephens Green South, Dublin. All held under lease by Mr. James Fair, Jnr., Fairhill, and sublet to tenants. Rent from 12 ½ to 21 shillings per acre, but Mr. Fair’s rent is Bulked for £50 yearly. Soil light produces light crops of potatoes and oats. Farms from 4½ to 25 acres Co. Cess 11¼d. paid per acre half yearly for 154 acres. A bridge between this townland and Ballard a fort Lisskeennaearrragh, Innishhamweean Island. Tumneenaun village.
Situation:
In the South side of the Parish. Bounded on the North by the townland of Gurtnarup; on the West by Ballard; on the South by Lough Corrib; and on the East by Dooroy. In the Barony of Ross and County of Galway.
