Description:
Proprietor Reverend George Dwyer, Rector, Ardrahan. The Reverend George Dwyer Rector of Ardrahan Life exchange. The East Glebe of Ardrahan, which lay in the Lambert Demesne for 19 acres of Mr. Lamberts Ground which lays adjacent to Caherkelly Glebe, for which 19 acres the Rector paid a fine of £375, to reduce it to £2 per acre yearly rent. There is a Handsome Glebe House here built under the supervision of the Rector and finished in the year 1820. Neat Office Houses, and about 3 statute acres under plantations and orchard. There is also a neat garden about an English acre. Authority The Rector.

In the centre of the parish of Ardrahan, Barony of Dunkellin and County Galway, West of Cregaclare Demesne and West of a road leading from Gort to Loughrea, 1¼ mile S.W. of the village of Ardrahan.
