Description:
Proprietor James Hanly, Esqr. Kilroe in Kilcoony Parish. No agent. Rent 15 shillings. No lease. The entire farm about 10 acres and held yearly by Pat Mulroe. Soil poor and light. Produces poor crops of wheat, potatoes and some oats. County Cess 14D paid per acre half yearly. No antiquities. This townland originally belonged to Ballydoathy West which is now distributed into small properties of from 10 to 12 acres each.
Situation:
A central townland. Bounded on [Unable to read.] by the townland of Cahereeny and Gurraun South, West by Cahereeny and Cahernaherrick East, South by Cahernaherrick East and Gurraun South and on the East by Gurraun South. In the Barony of Clare and County of Galway.
