Description:
This townland consists of tillage and pasture. There is a junction of three roads in the Eastern portion convenient to which is Kilbegnet Grave Yard, there is a monument of which there is no detail in the present work situated on the N.E. side of one of the aforesaid roads which passes nearly through the centre of the townland.
Situation:
Kilbegnet is situated at the N.E. boundary of this parish joining the parish of Dunammon.
